Return Eligibility
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with tags attached for returns within 30 days of delivery. Perishable wellness supplements or personalized items are non-returnable. Defective or damaged products qualify for full refunds or exchanges upon inspection.
Return Process
Contact shop@pvswellness.com or +1 (702) 480-0022 (9 AM–6 PM weekdays, 9 AM–5 PM weekends) to initiate a return and receive instructions. Pack the item securely, include the order number, and ship to the provided address at your expense unless due to our error. Refunds process within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds issue to the original payment method, minus shipping costs. Exchanges offer available stock replacements with free return shipping for defects. Restocking fees apply to non-defective returns at 10% of item value.
Exceptions and Prohibitions
No returns on final sale items, digital downloads, or hygiene-sealed products once opened. International orders follow local laws but prioritize this policy.
