Standard shipping uses USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking provided at checkout. Options include standard (3-7 business days), expedited (1-3 days), and overnight where available. International shipping adds 5-14 days depending on destination.
Shipping Costs
Costs calculate at checkout based on weight, location, and speed—free over $50 in the US. International rates exclude duties/taxes paid by recipient. No shipping on weekends/holidays; orders process weekdays only.
Delivery Times
US domestic: 3-7 business days post-shipment. International: 7-21 days. Delays from carriers, customs, or addresses not responsible by PVS Wellness. Track via email confirmation link.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
File claims with carrier within 7 days; PVS Wellness assists with photos/proof. Replacements/refunds for unrecoverable losses after investigation.
